Information we collect
Lapilot may collect account details, authentication identifiers, billing status, device and app state, game/session metadata, telemetry captures, session summaries, preferences, voice input, text input, support messages, and basic website usage information.
How we use information
We use information to run the app, authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver callouts and responses, save session history, debug reliability, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Telemetry and session data
Telemetry and derived session records can include lap timing, track progress, vehicle state, fuel, tires, setup state, driver inputs, role callouts, and performance analysis. You can use account tools to manage stored sessions where supported.
Voice, text, and AI providers
When you use speech, transcription, or AI response features, relevant audio, text, and context may be sent to service providers that help produce transcription, speech, or AI output. We aim to send only what is needed for the feature.
Billing and authentication
Payments are handled by our billing provider, and authentication may be handled by our identity provider. Lapilot does not need to store full card details to provide subscriptions.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with vendors, infrastructure providers, legal or security responders, and product systems only as needed to operate, protect, or improve Lapilot.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while it is needed for product operation, account history, billing records, security, support, or legal obligations. Some records may be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed.

You can manage account settings, billing, and stored sessions through supported product surfaces. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact support@lapilot.ai.
