Using Lapilot
Lapilot provides voice-first race engineering, telemetry review, session history, and related tools for sim racing. The product is provided for entertainment, training, and analysis, not for real-world vehicle operation or safety-critical decisions.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when the service is misused, abused, attacked, or used outside its intended sim racing purpose.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access, trials, renewals, cancellations, and payment handling are managed through our billing provider. Prices, plan features, and trial availability may change, but active billing actions are confirmed before checkout or account changes are completed.
Telemetry and AI output
Lapilot may process telemetry, session records, voice input, text input, and derived analysis to generate callouts, summaries, responses, and displays. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so you should treat it as assistance rather than guaranteed instruction.
Your content
You keep ownership of the session data, text, voice input, profile settings, and other content you provide. You grant Lapilot permission to process that content so the service can operate, improve reliability, provide support, and maintain account features.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, overload, resell, scrape, interfere with, or abuse the service. Do not submit unlawful content or use Lapilot in a way that harms the product, other users, infrastructure, payment systems, or third-party providers.
Third-party services
Lapilot may rely on providers for authentication, billing, storage, transcription, speech, AI responses, hosting, analytics, or support. Those services may process limited information as needed to provide their parts of the product.
Changes and contact
